Called for my help with my 16 year old grandsons DUI on a referral from a co-worker. I had no idea how much this could effect his license or the future implications on his permanent criminal record if we had just paid the fine. While my husband ended up hiring another attorney, I'm glad I consulted with this firm.
I had the best experience with this office on a traffic ticket. The staff was very nice and I was able to fax everything to Anita and she followed up with me promptly and my ticket was dismissed. Thank you Gioffredi and Associates you Rock!Happy Customer
If your looking for an upfront TEAM to help you with your legal matters, this office is the one you want. It's hard to find straight answers when shopping for an attorney. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Mr. Gioffredi's staff. I called several law offices before I found John Gioffrefi's , that left me on hold, were rude, and made me feel stupid for asking what I felt were simple questions. Mr. Gioffredi's team is personable, friendly and answered my questions readily. My ticket was dismissed. I should have wrote this review sooner and after I recommended this office to a family member that can't stop thanking me for the referral, was reminded to say THANK YOU for a stress free experience. I will gladly continue to recommend this office.
I worked with this office on a dismissal letter and they were courtesy, pleasant, and thorough. I was very pleased and will be using them again!!! Thank you!
I am extremely pleased with Mr. Gioffredi's law firm. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. They were professional and courteous and I was able to do everything by email and phone. I was one ticket shy of a points suspension by the state and they were able to keep it off my record and let's just say I was going very, very fast. I will be using him again should I ever need to.
I hired John on a first offense DWI, with a forced blood test of 0.123 BAC. John was very professional and gave me all the option available, and never sugar coated anything. This incident had been the most stressful situation I have ever had to deal with in my life. Words cannot describe my stress and the depth of how scared I really was. John and Trish, his office manager made me a little less stressed about this horrible situation I was facing. I knew after my initial interview with John, I had the best attorney next to be fighting this battle and wasn't alone. Trust me, I was a handful of stress and questions, but John was always right there by me with answers to help me. My case was not short, it went on a month shy of 2 years. After this long stressful process, I ended up taking a plea of Obstruction with a year of unsupervised probation and a few classes. He recommended Holly Hunter's 3 day class, this class was very eye opening and informational. She's an amazing woman. Although I don't have a clean record anymore, this is way better than a conviction of a DWI on my record for life. I highly recommend John, outstanding caring Attorney.
This wonderful Lawyer and his Associates got me through what I considered to be one of the worst nights in my life. I'm not going to go into details of what happened, either way I was pretty shook up, so I started looking for lawyers searching by the best reviewed lawyers in the area. I came across a few and called them. Mr. Giofreddi talked me down from pure panic and eased my mind everything would be ok. After that phone call I knew he was the Lawyer for me. His staff walked me through everything and made me feel very comfortable with my situation. All in all I received the best possible outcome from everything and I highly thank Giofreddi and his AMAZING efforts and results! Do not hesitate to contact this guy he can help!

This man worked magic. I was arrested for DWI, and had a blood alcohol of 0.156. I hired John Geoffredi to take my case to court, hoping he could convince a jury to give me a better sentence vs what state had offered me - fine, probation, interlock on my car, etc...
Due to THIS MAN’s WORK, after fighting for me, I was deemed NOT GUILTY!!! Not only was I declared NOT GUILTY (though my blood results showed I was twice the legal limit) NO fine, NO jail time, nothing!! Won't even appear on my record after this man’s work! I still can't believe it. I hugged my mom and left that court house in tears of joy and relief. I owe so much to this man for his work. He is worth more than I even paid!
I lived with this nightmare for over a year...In fear of how this would be impacting my future. Now, after a week in court with this Mr. Gioffredi, there's no proof on my record that this even took place. I get to leave it behind me forever. Blessed to find this man. I would 100% recommend John to anyone needing help with a DWI, or anything related.
John M. Gioffredi’s response:
"Thank you so much for your kind review, Michele. We got the not guilty verdict at 4 pm on Friday, February 17th, 2017, in Denton County Criminal Court Number 4. This case illustrates what I say on my website: Every misdemeanor DWI should be fully contested with a trial! We didn't predict a not guilty verdict in Michele's case, but we knew she had an outside chance. I think that I told her that she had maybe a 10% chance. But she persevered, and we got the not guilty verdict. The jury was out forever (6 hours, 12 minutes, including a one hour lunch), but in the end, the result was a not guilty verdict and we are now working on expunging her records!"
DWI <.16
January 17, 2017
One night after a Dallas Stars game I lightly rear-ended a car coming down the steep decline exit of a parking garage. I had been drinking earlier in the night, about 1.5 hours removed from my last drink.
The person I hit was angry, and wanted to call the cops. I calmly agreed and remained in the vehicle. When the police officer arrived, the fender bender was the last thing on his mind. After admitting to consuming alcohol earlier in the night, he became aggressive in his pursuit of evidence against me. At that point I refused to divulge any more information as politely as possible. I refused the field sobriety test, as well as the breathalyzer. My blood was drawn 2.5 hours after my last drink, about 1 hour after the cop had arrived. I submitted to the blood test, realizing a warrant would ultimately reach the same conclusion.
After shopping attorneys I ran into John and hired him immediately. That first meeting I learned that many of the things I did the night of my arrest weren't in my best interest. This was shocking as I felt I had a good understanding of what to do in the situation.
I'm unsure exactly how many days, but what felt like 2 months later, I received the results of my blood test. .18 (can't remember thousandth place) My charge would be for a class A misdemeanor and under state law was required to equip my vehicle with an interlock device.
11 months later John got my case dismissed. Regardless of his phenomenal abilities as an attorney on the case I hired him for, the knowledge of how to handle future encounters which you will gain from John is equal in value to the price he charges for legal representation. When you combine his representation and knowledge, the result in an incredible bargain!
John and Staff thanks for everything, y'all are the best!
John M. Gioffredi’s response:
"Thank you for the kind review, Justin! I'm obviously pleased with the dismissal, but I wish we could have gotten it dismissed earlier! Let me know if you throw a victory party! I'd like to stop by for a drink!"
DWI First Offense
February 28, 2018
DWI First Offense Class A misdemeanor: I did terrible on the video. Refused the blood/breath test. My blood was drawn about 4 hours later with a warrant. My BAC was 0.201. To make matters worse I was in possession of a firearm. My case had no chance in trial. John somehow managed to get me a plea deal that included: Reduction to a Class B misdemeanor DWI, the gun charge was dismissed, no probation, and a sentence of only 13 days house arrest, so no jail time, no fines, and no court costs! That did come with a 90 day driver’s license suspension. John was always very honest through the whole process. He also talked me into filing for a ALR hearing which we won. Trish was very helpful and always easy to get a hold of through the whole process. Thank you John and Trish for helping me through this nightmare.
· DWI 3rd
January 11, 2018
Couldn’t be more impressed with John and all of his hard work!! Went to John about a year ago for help with a felony 3rd DWI in Denton County (the worst County in the area) with a not so easy judge. The offer we originally got from the DA was quite ridiculous and John suggested we take it to trial. John rocked the court room and blew everyone who was against us out of the water...he didn’t have too much positive to go off of when it came to fighting for a not guilty verdict, but he still came up with an outstanding fight that had the jury stumped on whether they should say guilty or not!
Unfortunately we still got a guilty verdict but in the end the punishment was still half of everything we were offered before! It was honestly the next best thing we could have gotten other than a not guilty. John was straight forward with us from the beginning about everything and what to expect, and we appreciated that as well. Couldn’t be happier with John, and will recommend him to anyone I may come across who is looking for a fantastic attorney. Thank you for everything you have done to help us John!!! Job WELL done!!!!
Clinical & Thorough
I hired him for a DUI defense and John was terrific since day one. He was honest and forthcoming about the implications and my chances to get the charge knocked off. He didn't let his reputation get in way of my best interests. He was willing to go the extra mile and always came through on his promises. He worked extremely well to get me an amazing deal. The judge herself was quite impressed with the deal John was able get for me. I would have loved for his office to be more proactive in client communication. Nevertheless, I strongly recommend John and wish him all the good luck.
Trial was worth it.
October 20, 2017
The thought of going to a jury trial never crossed my mind for a simple DWI case. However, i'm glad I did. Mr. Gioffredi never pressured me to take it to trial. He said he thought it would be worth it, but understood if I didn't. He’s not just out for the money, he's out to win a case! I'm so glad I took my case to trial as my video looked great. I had a hung jury of 5 (second day 1 was sick, but showed up, 3rd day 1 was in an accident) and was declared a mistrial. Thank goodness they gave me an obstruction deal. No DWI conviction, insurance isn't going up. And I had an extremely entertaining trial. John will push the limits where most lawyers don't have the guts to. So glad I hired him, and will recommend him to any/everyone!
Great Job!
March 25, 2017
John Giofreddi did a fantastic job representing me. He explained to me everything that had to be done and everything that he did throughout the whole process. John is very experienced and good at what he does. I was completely satisfied with the representation of John Giofreddi. He truly keeps your best interest at heart. You get what you ask for. His advice is sound and true and when you want answers he makes sure that he provides them. He also showed he cared for what was going on and I felt that from the whole firm! I appreciate it John! Keep’em laughing!
John M. Gioffredi’s response:
"Thank you for your kind review! We completed a two day jury trial with anonymous on March 22nd, 2017. He was a great guy, but unfortunately he did poorly on the sobriety tests, admitted to being a "5 to 5 1/2" on an intoxication scale of 1 to 10, and blew a 0.176 on the Intoxilyzer. The jury found him guilty after 56 minutes of deliberations, but they sentenced him to 0 days in jail and a $0 fine, with no probation, so we were pleased with the sentence. Obviously 0 days in jail and a $0 fine is the minimum sentence that the law allows for a DWI 1st offense in Texas."
January 16, 2017
Where do I start? I drank, I drove, I got pulled over and then did EVERYTHING wrong. I confessed on video that I had been drinking, took all the field sobriety tests that, although I looked okay on video, the officer said I failed and finally I blew a .128 and then a .133. Giofreddi got me off! That's right!!!! 100% off!!!! No guilty sentence, no jail, no fine, NOTHING!!!! He was so brilliant in court, that I EVEN THOUGHT I WAS NOT GUILTY!!! Yes... I, who knew that I was in fact guilty, would have said NOT GUILTY because of reasonable doubt. INCREDIBLE!!! Most incredible and brilliant legal work that I could have ever imagined possible!
John M. Gioffredi’s response:
"LOL. Thank you for your review, Kristin! I told you that we had a good chance of winning - didn't you believe me? No lawyer wins every case, but your case underscores what I tell my clients: Every case is POTENTIALLY winnable! Misdemeanor cases should almost always be taken to trial. The most brilliant lawyer in the world can't win a guilty plea for you!"

I spoke with several Attorneys before selecting John to represent me in my DWI case. Unlike many reviewers I was unfortunately found guilty but received the best outcome for a guilty verdict.
John is very passionate about his cases and is very experienced in what he does.
John M. Gioffredi’s response:
"Thank you for your kind review! This client is a great guy and a real gentleman in every sense of the word. I really wanted to get him a not guilty verdict, but unfortunately was unable to do so. He was involved in an auto accident at an intersection within three blocks of his leaving a concert, and subsequently provided a breath test with a score of almost twice the legal limit. Although the jury found him guilty after about one hour of deliberations, we were able to get him an acceptable punishment of zero days in jail, no probation, no interlock requirement, and a low fine. Other than a not guilty verdict that's about the best you can do with a DWI conviction."
THE Lawyer other Lawyers watch
November 14, 2016
I had to go through an agonizing multi-year case with the DA's office. Each time I showed up they teased a plea or held up a discovery. Gioffredi's office fought, prepared me for a plea AND a trial-- and I got a clean not guilty. You don't want a lawyer that sets you up for a plea. You want someone that has 2 independent interns learning how to defend watching him work, and every defense attorney in town commenting during a recess, and judges knowing his reputation when he defends you. That's what I got. I knew I was innocent, and Mr. Gioffredi proved it. My case wasn't a slam dunk, and while I was waiting for the not guilty-- we were prepping a way to get no time and no fine on a conviction. It’s a privilege to get a jury of your peers but it’s a blessing to be defended by the best. Mr. Gioffredi is on top of all phases of the court and he can win it in voir dire. I had a DA going for my throat and Gioffredi calmly reminded everyone to focus on reasonable doubt. I have my life back.
John M. Gioffredi’s response:
"Thank you for the very kind review, Mr. C! You are indeed a talented wordsmith! It was my honor to work with you, and I'm sorry it took so long to get your justice. Let's get us a drink sometime and Uber home safely!"

John and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I had a matter that needed legal representation, I visited 3 top and very reputable lawyers for an initial consultation and without any doubt John G was the best.
During the initial free consultation, John took the time to understand my situation and all the details to then explain in great detail the options and possible outcomes and finally answer my very numberous questions. I knew that he was the best, so I decided to hire his services that same day.
The outcome of my situation was the very best possible - like the incident never happened and I know it was in great part due to John's prompt intervention. John acted immediately, making phone calls and guiding me on steps I needed to take myself.
Also, his staff were patient with me (due to the specifics of my situation, time was at the essence - and I knew from John that a prompt resolution was a good one) and my daily calls and constant emails. Apologies for that, just wanted the situation closed as soon as possible.
Thank you John and staff!
John M. Gioffredi’s response:
"In this client's case, we were able to avoid any criminal charges being filed by being proactive and reaching a deal with the victim and the detective handling the case. We reimbursed the victim for some damages without ever having to admit responsibility or having to respond to any criminal charges. In property damage cases, it is sometimes possible to do this if you hire a lawyer early in the process. The sooner, the better! Congratulations, and thank you for the kind review!"

All the reviews are correct I've been using this firm for over 7 years plus. I can not thank enough or express the outcome they have given me! dismissals, deferred, saving my DL from being suspended and getting me back on my feet to be legal! From the staff I've dealt with to the ending results. They are by far the best investment! Thank you firm!

He cared about every single situation i was in, and He offered me with the best options i could possibly have with honesty. I really do appreciate his hard work, and i am very satisfied with the outcome.
5 Stars for Mr.Gioffredi ! Hope to work with you again in the future. Thank you very much!
John M. Gioffredi’s response:
“Thank you SO much for the kind review, Mr. Kim! You may be the first person to ever state to me that you "hoped to work with me again in the future!" You know you have to get in legal trouble again to do that, right? LOL”
July 21, 2016
John Gioffredi was incredible and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for legal representation! I went to several different lawyers looking for someone to handle my DWI 2nd case and picked correctly! With John, you get exactly the attitude that is represented on his site. He is not going to let you down and he is not going to let you accept less than the best he can do.
I first gave John a call around 1:30 and he set up a meeting with me that afternoon. The next time that we met, we discussed my case for over two hours and it was definitely dark out and well past what you would consider open hours to visit your lawyer. He is dedicated, honest, and prepared me for what to expect during my case.
The state initially offered me 45 days in jail OR 3 days in jail, 18 months of probation, $1000 fine and any court costs, plus standard conditions of probation: $60/month fee, community service, DWI/MADD classes, and ignition interlock. My case wasn't strong and John never lied about that, but he was not a fan of this deal and was sure we could do better. I think John was actually insulted when I said that I was considering taking the deal just for the sake of making some progress in getting this ordeal behind me. He really believes that probation is for suckers and plea bargains should be bargains. He told me to hang on and he would see if he could get some of the conditions removed or if we should start thinking about setting for trial...
While I would have loved to avoid a conviction or at the very least see a great lawyer in action, it was just too hard to turn down the deal that John was able to get for me that day. The plea bargain that I took is: 30 days of house arrest with release to go to work and school. NO fines, NO fees, NO court costs, NO community service hours and NO probation. John even had the DA agree to a better bargain for half of that time, but the judge wouldn't sign off on it!
In just 30 days, I will be done with something that the state wanted to drag out for 18 months on top of the time I already did on bond! Without paying anything additional to them!
This review is mostly about John Gioffredi, but it would be a sin to leave out the rest of his office. The ladies in his office are very knowledgeable and had an extensive grasp of my case and needs at all times. What was most impressive is that I would walk out of the courthouse, give them a call, and they would already know what happened in court that day and what I needed to do next!
If you need legal representation, then you owe it to yourself to call John Gioffredi. If you want the best representation, then you should also hire him!
John M. Gioffredi’s response:
“Thank you for your kind review, Jordan! I thought that really was a great deal for you considering all of the alternatives. Best wishes, and stay out of trouble, OK?”
March 8, 2016
I just can't thank John Gioffredi enough for his services. My blemish-free record was in his hands and after my day in court, I can STILL say that there is NOTHING on my record!!! He gave me back my peace of mind because anything less than a NOT GUILTY would have just haunted me for a long time to come. Great job, John!!!

A bit over a year ago I was arrested for a DUI while visiting my parents in the Dallas area. I was envisioning having to return multiple times for court, and then dealing with two state's possible punishments if convicted, it looked like I was in for a nightmare. Luckily, a friend of mine recommended Mr. Giofreddi and I can't be happier they did. He took the time to meet with me just before Thanksgiving and assured me they would handle the multiple proceedings leading up to trial. Then, the icing on the cake, when I did have to come back a year later the case was dismissed! I know not everyone's circumstance will end up like mine but I credit the knowledge and foresight of John Giofreddi in enabling this outcome. After a year of anxiety about the expenses and possible outcomes awaiting me it's like I won the lottery! If you're looking for a lawyer to handle your DUI don't mess around, just hire this guy.
December 21, 2015
If it hasn’t been made clear from the other reviews, John knows his stuff and genuinely loves to fight these cases. He’ll fight to get the charges dropped or at least reduced and has success doing so.
I was stopped leaving a “high traffic bar area” in Denton back in May of 2013. I was acquitted 5 days ago and have now begun the expungement process.
I was stopped for allegedly running a stop sign across a very busy intersection. I knew, and the passengers with me knew that I didn’t run it. I submitted to a blood test and the results came back as 0.15+ (mandatory interlock installed as a condition of your bond). I was upset because I felt I had been wrongfully stopped, I couldn’t believe the blood results, and I was furious.
Upon my initial consultation with John, he advised me that “probation is for suckers” and that typically, if you go to trial you could be finished with everything earlier than the probation given. However, it wasn’t a one and done decision to go with John. I had looked around and probably talked to 4-6 other attorneys. The thing that really stuck with me with John is the subtle differences about his consultation, his website, and honestly these reviews. Not one other attorney I spoke with ever mentioned that you should document everything you remember from the arrest in as much detail as possible. That sounds so obvious it’s actually amazing that nobody else suggested that. That, and the consultation - the fact he stayed an hour and a half after business hours to talk to me and explain the process - that is what sold me on John. He legitimately cares about each case he takes on.
Once John and his team were able to get the discovery (police report, dash cam, etc.) we sat down and discussed strategy. Despite a glowing review from the arresting officer, the opinion I “looked very sober” (words of the prosecutor) in my field test, and my overall positive attitude and cooperation at the time of the arrest, John decided the best plan of attack was to fight the legality of the stop as to render the blood results inadmissible.
Fast forward 2 1/2 years and we finally get to go to trial (don’t get arrested in Denton - the courts reset 4 months at a time). If you ever have doubts about John, if you’re beginning to feel like a plea to end it would be a good idea, all I can say is to wait it out, remain patient, and let John do his thing. Watching John work was a thing of beauty. Walking through the courthouse with John, other attorneys will come by to say hello and tell you something along the lines of “you’ve got the best attorney in the state” etc. but actually seeing John in his element and witnessing what he does best, any doubt or insecurity was gone. From the jury selection process to the cross examinations during trial, it was beyond evident that John loves his job, is highly respected in his field, and in my case, he’s extremely good at his job.
There isn’t anyone I would have rather had by my side fighting to keep my record clean. I know the entire process is miserable. Having a constant reminder of the night each time (and subsequent times thereafter) you start your vehicle is demoralizing. Waiting two and a half years for closure on a DWI charge is exhausting, but having John and his team backing you up and fighting for you makes the entire process manageable. If you are going through this and are still trying to make your decision, pick John Gioffredi.
John M. Gioffredi’s response:
“Kyle is one the nicest human beings on the planet. I had a note on my file: "The jury is going to love this guy." I was thrilled to win his DWI case for him! It was just awful that he had to keep an interlock device in his vehicle for the 28 months leading up to the trial. Well, it's sure not in his vehicle anymore!”
December 1, 2015
About 17 months ago, I was in your very same shoes, on the heels of being arrested for a second DWI offense and looking for answers. I had refused to give a breath sample, but the arresting officer was able to obtain a blood sample via warrant (due to it being my 2nd) showing more than double the legal limit.
Upon review of the evidence, things looked pretty gloomy. Given my self-employment status and anxiety to get rid of that damn interlock, I almost decided to accept a plea and move on with my life before Mr. Gioffredi reminded me "convictions are like diamonds, they last forever." After giving it some thought, I decided why not...it's just a little more time and money. I didn't ever want to think back on this and ask myself "what if?"
Fast forward about one year of resetting, waiting, and my patience paid off. Apparently the arresting officer had gotten in some sort of pickle elsewhere, harming his credibility and leading to the DA dropping the case.
No, this is not your typical story of the attorney pulling a rabbit out of his hat, but had it not been for Mr. Gioffredi's resolve and confidence, which have left a very positive impression on me, things may have turned out different.
John M. Gioffredi’s response:
“Thank you for the kind review, Dennis! I told you if we fought it, we might be able to win! And I'm thrilled that we were able to win your case (well, get it dismissed, which is almost the same thing)! Dennis' case is an example of several things that I state in my website and in my case prep literature: 1) If you fight your case, no matter how bad it looks, you might win! 2) EVERY DWI is potentially winnable if you just continue to fight, 3) Generally, it is a good idea to listen to your lawyer! LOL”
October 21, 2015
“NOT GUILTY.” Those words echoed in my head as time stood still while I found peace in a lingering moment after 3 years of drawn out court dates for a DWI conviction. By my side was the best attorney I could ever hope for: John Gioffredi. Like all attorneys, he scared me with the appearance of disorganization and seeming selective listening habits but when judgement day arrive and we went to court John cut through the prosecutor’s and witnesses’ statements with stealthy ninja-like skills. I received an acquittal and (I know you won’t believe this but) immense respect for an attorney who is working diligently as I write this to get my arrest record expunged. I am so grateful that I left my previous attorney after he was going to sell me down the river; John fought hard for me every step of the way with a "never say die" attitude.
This whole experience was dark, lonely, and miserable and I would not wish it on anyone, but if you have to go through it I can think of no better man to have by your side than John Gioffredi. He never promised a "not guilty" but compared to the other attorneys I hired and fired he did everything he could, including fighting and winning an appeal, having improperly obtained evidence removed, and ultimately having the prosecuting attorney throw in the towel and phone in his case. Hire this man immediately.
John M. Gioffredi’s response:
“I have stealthy ninja-like skills? Really? How about that! Maybe I should become a ninja, or at least raise my fees! But seriously, I couldn't be happier for Lawrence. He is absolutely correct: DWI arrests are indeed dark, lonely, and miserable, and it's always great to win a DWI case for a good client like Lawrence! Be safe, my friend!”

I recommend John to anyone in trouble, because John does his job and figths for you all the way.. John saved me from going back to prison and got the judge to give me probation.. Excellent Guy.. Thanks John for everything!

My statement is simple, "best attorney around". I contacted Mr Gioffredi upon a recommendation from another satisfied client. One of my managers at our business had a severe past but had made great strides in reconstructing his life and is the life blood of one department of our business. Furthermore, the young man had gotten married, had a child, established credit and purchased an automobile. He and I were very proud of the accomplishments over the last 2 years. The young mans past caught up with him and he was scheduled to appear in court with. Court appointed attorney. The attorney believed it would probably be best to plea and accept a several year jail term. I called Mr. Gioffreddi and he believed even though the cards were stacked against him we could do better. On the day of the trial, the defense was so strong that the Judge even got emotional and the end result was probation. A more than fair punishment for the young man. We both thank God for John Giofreddi and I was privileged to see the justice system work and give this young family a chance to succeed. I believe with all my heart that John changed the course of this family today and generations forthcoming. Thank you hardly express our gratitude but THANK YOU.
John M. Gioffredi’s response:
“Thank you for the great review! I was very happy to get that great result for your employee, Robert! His criminal background is pretty bad, but it looks like he's turned things around with your help, and is on the path to a great future. I'm proud that you gave this young man a chance with your company. You are a great judge of character to recognize and bring out the potential in him!”

John Gioffredi is an excellent lawyer. A one hour consultation with him is better than what my lawyer is able to offer in the course of a year. He is the best of the best! He cares about you and respects you the way he would respect a client even if you were only consulting him. He is professional, sharp, and responsive. What else can you ask for?
July 27, 2015
I hired John Gioffredi after being referred by a co-worker. I was facing my 2nd DWI charge and was very nervous about the situation I was facing. John's staff was very helpful and informative through the entire process. I was represented by counsel at the multiple court dates that did not actually require by attendance, allowing me to avoid taking time off from work. John worked out the best possible plea deal for my situation, and did his best to get all the conditions I was asking for met. I was very pleased with the representation I received and would recommend John to anyone needing legal services.
July 9, 2015
John was first recommended to me by a friend who's wife was a police officer. I was charged and with a DWI in Dallas and refused to blow during a no refusal weekend leaving a St. Patrick's Day Parade. After failing the field sobriety tests, looking awful on the video, my blood results came back in at nearly 3 times the legal limit. But I went with John's advice about at least taking it to trial and against all odds, my case got dismissed! It was...
John M. Gioffredi’s response:
“Brian was stopped within 150 feet of the huge annual St. Patrick's Day festivities at Greenville Avenue and Goodwin in Dallas. As he was being handcuffed and led away by the officers, at least a dozen people started shouting "Don't blow! Don't blow!" It can clearly be heard on the video. Well, Brian didn't blow, but the officers got a warrant for his blood anyway, and it came back over 0.20 BAC. I told Brian that we didn't have much of a case (I think I gave him a 5% chance of winning), but let's go for it! Strange things can happen if you just set the case for trial and don't back down. Sure enough, his arresting officer ran into some legal troubles himself, and the DA decided to dismiss Brian's case rather than put the officer on the witness stand. In the end, we got lucky by being smart and aggressive. But it still counts as a win! Congratulations, Brian! Be well!”

AWESOME ATTORNEY!
Straight forward. Straight shooter! No nonsense get it done! They handle the stress! I appreciate Mr. Giofreddi's hard work on my behalf!

John Gioffredi & Associates is by far the best criminal defense team in Dallas/ Ft. Worth. I found myself, by no fault of my own, facing another DWI charge. I was in complete fear of the detriment I was facing. I knew that it was going to take the best lawyer to defend me and with what I was facing.
I'd heard of John Gioffredi from a co-worker and a lady that I had met in my bond supervision class. After meeting with several lawyers, who I just was not sure about, it made sense to hire John to represent me. After my consolation I had no doubt that John was the right choice. He was honest, open and direct about my case throughout the entire process. Most importantly he didn't make me feel like another paycheck. His entire staff is professional, friendly and they actually care about you. I've met and worked with all of the other lawyers, one in particular called me on a regular basis just to check in to see how I was doing; And you will love Trish Sanders, John's Legal Assistant. She is extremely reliable and responsive.
This was my 3rd DWI charge, which is a felony in case you weren't aware. It took me some time to really come to terms with that and actually understand what that meant. I have a great job, a pretty decent life, great family and friends. All of that was at stake with my idiotic decision to get behind the wheel and drive drunk, especially after this not being my first time. Nothing was more comforting to know that my lawyer had my back 100%. Which is what you need when you are going through any legal battle. TRUST ME!!
John never sugar coated my situation and was always upfront and continued to fight to get me the best deal. And not just a deal but another opportunity or chance, that quite honestly I probably didn't deserve, given my history. I never doubted him because he did exactly what he said he would do and when it comes to attorneys actions speak volume. John worked effortlessly and got my charge dropped to a misdemeanor!!!! That was a WIN for me. I could not even imagine what life would have been like with a felony over my head for the rest of my life.
By no means do I take him and his magic for granted. I had to change my habits and behaviors and educate myself on the dangers and affects of drinking in general. I had to learn how not to be a danger to society. John Gioffredi was very much my savior. I'll forever be grateful for all of the hard work he did for me.
If you're in trouble, whether it be big or small, do yourself the best favor and have John Gioffredi represent you. The saying "you get what you pay for" is an understatement. Luckily they were very flexible with arrangements to pay him, but there was no dollar amount I could put on my freedom. You're a fool if don't hire him to represent you. I actually met two more people, randomly, that John was representing and had nothing but great things to say about his services.
I hope and pray to God that I'm never in this situation again. But if I ever get so much as a traffic ticket or what have you I'll be hiring John and his team to help me out. If you're in trouble and are reading this I hope that it give you some comfort to pick up the phone and schedule a consultation with John Gioffredi. It's the best thing you will do for yourself.
John M. Gioffredi’s response:
“Jack is a terrific guy and I was thrilled to get his felony DWI reduced to a misdemeanor. He has a great job, and a felony conviction would have almost certainly gotten him fired. We got his felony reduced to a misdemeanor, and Jack still has his great job! With felony DWI cases, I believe that you fight and fight until you can get the prosecutor to offer you a misdemeanor DWI plea. The entire goal in most felony cases is just to avoid the dreaded felony conviction, which can have so many unpleasant consequences. With misdemeanor cases, you fight the case all of the way until you either win it, or lose it!”

After of the most traumatic nights of my life, I was left with a horrible DWI situation. I was driving from Shops of Legacy in Plano to Knox/Henderson in Dallas. I wasn’t familiar with the area so I was following the map on my cell phone. After almost missing the Knox/Henderson exit, I tried to cut my car across but ended up not fully making the exit. I wrecked my car and called the cops, but quickly realized the cop was more focused on the two mambo taxi’s I had at dinner. I was arrested after not doing that great on the field sobriety test and later blew a .19 on the breath test.
Going into my trial, I tried to prepare myself for the repercussions a DWI conviction would have on my nursing career and my future as a whole. This was a difficult case, but thankfully I had great defense attorneys on my side. John assisted my attorney Scott Palmer for my trial. I had full trust in Scott, and he assured me that John was the best of the best! Throughout the trial, I was blown away by John’s poise, extensive knowledge, and tenacious fire. Between Scott and John, they were able to point out many faults on the arresting officer, develop doubt about the liability of the breathalyzer, and emphasize all the discrepancies in the case as a whole.
My case ended with a 100% unanimous jury and a “not-guilty” verdict. I cannot put into words how much respect and gratitude I have for Scott and John. They fought for my freedom and gave me back my future. It was a pleasure meeting John and getting to spend time with him as well! Scott was right…he truly is the best of the best!
John M. Gioffredi’s response:
“Thank you for your kind review, and you are certainly most welcome! It was REALLY fun to win this case. A beautiful female always draws attention, and when you can win a difficult DWI case for one of them, people notice! Especially a case with a major accident, a high breath test, and a video tape of everything! This case was one of my highlights for 2015!”

John did an exceptional job w my husband's case!
I can't say anything negative about his representation. John did everything he said he would, no haggling or prolonged case w him. the outcome could and should have been a lot worse. No bogus trial.....just clean cut defense for justice.

Without one doubt, I can honestly say that John Giofreddi did an absolute superb job with my case. Personable, compassionate, fair, real and extremely knowledgeable and intelligent, John does not waste time. He tells you exactly what you are facing and shoots straight from the hip. He is honest and will fight for you in every way and facet of the law---no matter what. John was able to utilize the service of my job and my community support to my advantage and have my 3rd DWI reduced to a 2nd misdemeanor----a highly unusual deal. I received 2 years probation down from the suggested 10 years. Without this I would have lost my job, my reputation and my mind. It was a grave situation and John turned it around. Even when you have doubts, questions, concerns, he will reassure you in a straight forward way and get you the best possible deal if you in turn are honest and accountable for your actions with him. Having had two other lawyers in the past, I can honestly recommend John as the ultimate best this city has to offer. Having a lawyer with a revered and respected reputation throughout Dallas County and surrounding areas is a HUGE advantage. He is funny, honest and extremely thorough with your case. Kudos to Mr. Giofreddi!! Also, having Trish and the entire office staff on my side EVERY time I called with questions or concerns was amazing. They were understanding, friendly and FAST!!! I give them all my highest recommendation!!!

Mr. Gioffredi helped me in ending the most stressful TWO YEARS of my life... Back in January of 2013, I was pulled over for making an illegal U-turn at the intersection of Mockingbird and McMillan; which turned into a potential DWI... Once the court case got going, I just knew it would be a long and grueling process; that is, until today! Can you say... "dismissed?" John's calm and collected demeanor, combined with his razor-sharp wit, tenacity, and overall knowledge of the situation, helped put me over the top and win my case after two years of stagnation and worry. To say that I cannot thank Mr. Gioffredi and his team enough is an understatement. I strongly, strongly, strongly recommend this rock star of a lawyer! A+++ 😉

I got my third dwi in dallas county. I had to get a good attorney, considering i have drug convictions in my record. Im glad he was able to help me avoid serious jail time. He was able to find the help i needed to stay clean and sober. Im very thankful for receiving the help i needed, i totaly recommend him for any criminal case you may have.
August 12, 2014
I found out that I had a dwi warrant from 7 years ago and I got booked into jail. Currently I hold a great career and I couldn't afford to have a dwi what so ever. I hired a lawyer immediately and I quickly realized that he didn't meet my standards. I hired John Gioffredi and I immediately found out that he was more than qualified for the job. He was honest and gave me options with the risks they came with. I took the best option that had no risk. Dismissal of the dwi for an obstruction of roadway. Gioffredi was also able to negotiate the community service hours and probation duration down a bit. I highly recommend Gioffredi and his services.
John M. Gioffredi’s response:
“I wish Ian had decided to fight his case. We had an excellent chance of winning! But I can't fault him with taking the sure deal. He had too much to lose if it didn't go our way.”
April 3, 2014
Thank you John. Although the court system dragged its feet for almost 2 years, I was granted a dismissal. John was helpful in explaining my options each time I went to court. I'm glad I took his advice and bared with the process. I would recomend him to any of my friends.
John M. Gioffredi’s response:
“I felt so sorry for Tiffany! She must have come to court at least 8 times before her case got dismissed. And she really wanted it all to be over with much sooner than the 2 years that it took! This case illustrates what I tell all of my clients: Getting the BEST result is almost always more important than getting a FAST result. By being patient, Tiffany was eventually able to get her case dismissed, and later expunged.”
April 2, 2014
After finding John through Google, we sat down and get to work right away on my case. Through his expertise, he was able to get my cased dismissed through lack of evidence of a legal stop. He and Trish were always available to answer any questions and with his busy schedule, I was surprised that he got back the same day with an answer every time. Through the duration of this case, I am proud to say that I have found someone that I can go to without hesitation for any future matters and that's a great feeling. Thanks, John!

DWI. Found guilty, but I don't blame John. My sentencing came off incredibly light, thanks to his work. I feel like his efforts in my case were solid, but a jury is a fickle thing. The office staff was incredibly helpful. John and his staff have been very flexible & accommodating and I would encourage people who have a need for his type of service to call him.
January 29, 2014
Excellent experience with Gioffredi !!! Its my second time to go in the office and they take care of it for me .Always really consistent work and amazing helpful and welcoming employees .All of my issue with my traffic ticket was resolved in my best interest !!!Thank you guys

I was facing a very difficult legal situation and sought out a councilor by using this very website. After meeting with Mr. Gioffredi, I was confident I made the right choice and would be able to work through the legal issue I was facing. I not only received the advice I was seeking, but was provided with various options made available to me by Mr. Geoffredi and his staff. I was not only happy with the outcome of my case(a dismissal after completing a court program), but also received the health counciling I now know I desperately needed. Can't thank Mr. Gioffredi and his staff enough, and would recommend him to anyone!
December 19, 2013
I was returning to my office after a lunch meeting. I stopped to get some gas when a very attractive Nun came up passenger window. She explained that she was stranded and was there anything she could do to earn some money. I responded as most normal red-blooded American males would respond. Yes I do is there a box that say's, All the Above?? About 30 second's later a Dallas police car pull's up and I get arrested and charged with prostitution. So because I was just trying to be a good Samaritan I wound up a Ho!! I interviewed 5 different attorneys before I decided on Mr. Gioffredi. I told him to do everything possible to obtain a dismissal. After 1.5 yrs and 9 resets I was beginning to believe Charles Manson's case would be overturned before mine would. Then on the 10th setting Mr Gioffredi called and said, got u a deal, Agree to take a class "How not to be a Ho" pay $200 fine,, charge is reduced from Class B to Class C expunchable . I said, You are the Man!!!
December 7, 2013
After bonding out I hired the first attorney that returned my call . I communicated with him through his legal assistant who had to pre clear all of my requests. It was not until I visited this website and read of John's many DWI triumphs that I paid his office a visit.
The fact that he texted me directly and not his assistant sealed the deal to hire him.
For me it came down to keeping this whole thing off my record so I was willing to take it all the way. Thankfully it didn't come down to that because John identified an opportunity to suppress the police stop and followed through with a very compelling argument that got my case dismissed.
I found myself in the unfortunate position of needing John's services but his expertise defending DWI cases served me well therefore I strongly strongly strongly recommend this lawyer!
December 5, 2013
This was the first time I ever had to hire an attorney, and it was for a DWI charge so the outcome of the case was very important to me. John was very knowledgeable, thorough and reassuring after listening to my side of the story, and it felt right to choose him to represent me.
After reviewing the evidence, John told me what he thought our chances of winning were. He gave me an honest assessment of everything, and I had 100% confidence in his opinion and his advice. Throughout the entire ordeal, he and his assistant Trish kept me well-informed of what was going on and what to expect next. They were extremely professional and helpful; they made the process as painless as possible.
I followed John's advice and he got me the result that I was hoping for. We beat the case, and got it dismissed and expunged from my record. Once the case was over, he accompanied me to pick up the paperwork that I needed from the clerical office, and even spotted me the $5.00 office fee that I had to pay as I had spent all of the cash that I had on parking.
Overall I rate him as a fantastic lawyer, and a really upfront and cool guy. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney.
November 25, 2013
Mr. Gioffredi is professional, quick to respond and is extremely good at what he does. I hired Mr. Giofreddi to defend my DWI and I highly recommend that you do the same. John knows the law and is willing to go the extra mile to get the best results. In my case, this was a dismissal despite the fact that I was forced to give a blood sample.
August 25, 2013
John was and still is an excellent attorney. I had a previous attorney's that were not willing to fight for me as he did.I had a warrant for a second probation violation with a bond of $500,000 and a warrant for a bond forfeiture for $1000 cash. I went and talked to him about it and I could tell right off that he could help me. We went to the courthouse and talked with them without any warning that we were coming. All I asked is that he keep...
John M. Gioffredi’s response:
“Michael did have an especially challenging situation. I wasn't able to promise him anything, especially with the particular judge on his felony probation revocation case. I was very pleased to be able to negotiate a deal to have his probation amended and his probation violation warrant lifted without Michael having to go to jail at all. It was kind of like "pulling a rabbit out of a hat," but we got it done! Thank you for the very kind review, Michael! And good luck with your probation!”

John Gioffredi is an extremely qualified lawyer & possesses both tremendous legal knowledge, as well as valued common sense. He managed my case skillfully to the very best possible end result...not guilty/completely expunged. I will recommend John Gioffredi to anyone needing legal representation. He is the very best value in the DFW area!
June 12, 2013
John Gioffredi is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. His years of experience have definitely made him the best lawyer to hire period! My experiences with him from the beginning of hiring him through the end of my trial were excellent. He is extremely nice, helpful, and also has a great staff! If you need a lawyer, Mr. Gioffredi is your man!
February 25, 2013
Now the real stuff, I hired John as my DUI attorney in March 2012, he was very quick to respond my call back and set up an appointment and discuss my options. After explaining John my financial situation and job loss due to an arrest, he agreed to work with me and broke down the fees based on services offered. He never gave me any unrealistic hope, always told me that the case could go either way and that he would do his best to get this dismissed. Unlike other lawyers that promise you something and do not obtain results. I always felt that he worked for me and had my best interest at all times. He is very professional and always there on time. He treated me with respect and empowered me with knowledge.
His office staff, especially Trish, demonstrated high level of professionalism and were always available to answer any questions. They always kept me informed and told me exactly what the next step was.
Although my case never went into and actual trial by jury, John was always there to talk to the judge about getting the case dismissed. And dismissed it got!
John, you are a Rockstar and I would highly recommend you to anyone and everyone!
Thank you!
January 29, 2013
I was arrested for a DWI in Dec. 2011. After bail, I went on the search for a lawyer who would want to take my case to trial. I knew I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I never set for trial. I wanted a lawyer who had experience, professionalism, and the tenacity of a bull! I met with 2 lawyers: 1st lawyer was recommended to me by a friend who had her DWI dismissed with him. I didn't get a great impression with him. His office was a little corner space and he just seemed adamant about payment after 1 appointment and few email exchanges with him. 2nd lawyer is a family lawyer my parents have used for miscellaneous things. He had a nice private office but I didn't get the sense that he took cases to trial that often. He seemed to lean more towards a plea bargain than trial even though he said my chances are about 50/50 with my dash video. I didn't understand this because if my chances are 50/50, why keep talking to me about a plea bargain when to me, those are fair chances?
So, I met John after I found him on Google and looked at his website. Impressive website and reviews, I was intrigued. I called to set up the next consultation available. When I walked in, I noticed he had a lot of office staff and everyone was hard at work. You can tell they get a lot of business. At the appointment, John asked me a lot of questions about my case, what I'm expecting, what I want to do, etc. I told him I feel like I may lose but I wanted to take my chances with a trial with jury. After reviewing my tape, he didn't think I had good chances of winning (33%) but he'll take it to trial because you never know what may happen if you set for trial. So I hired him. Him and his office went right to work. They kept me updated with letters and was always available by phone. You have to keep in mind that although they are working on your case, you are not their sole client. They will not call you to update you about every step regarding your process. Yes, I had a lot of questions and was worried that I'd be lost amongst their clients but I really took it upon myself to let them do their jobs and wait for them to notify me with any updates. I trusted my lawyer and believed he had all the qualities I was looking for. He is extremely busy but when it's YOUR day in court, John is there for YOU.
Fast forward to Jan 2013, my case is finally set for trial. The trial took 2 days. John was extremely impressive all 2 days but I was the most impressed by his jury selection skills. He is intuitive and knows how to read people. We didn't get the jury we wanted but he did a great job at using his allotted time to convey the responsibility of the jury to make the right decision if there's "reasonable doubt." He really weeded out some bad ones! John definitely has a way with words and his confidence in the courtroom was greatly appreciated since I was just a nervous wreck inside. Also, during the two days, we'd walk around the courthouse since he had other cases that day and he'd run into other lawyers and colleagues. John seems very popular with other lawyers and a lot of lawyers expressed to me that I got a good one. Other lawyers are admiring MY lawyer. The reviews you see on this website by other attorneys are not fake! He really is a lawyer's lawyer.
Anyways, after a second viewing of my tape, the jury found me NOT guilty 6-0 within 5 mins of deliberating! We were both surprised because we were waiting for bad news! The jury was hard to read! There's a part of me that feels like I got lucky but I have to say that it was all John's doing. I can't thank him enough! THANK YOU JOHN!!!... Now, just an expungement to do and this will all have been just a memory.
**Disclaimer: I didn't include my arrest story because I don't think my story should have any effect on whether you choose John. Truth is, if you want to go to trial no matter what your chances are, go with a guy who has experience. FYI: John has 27 years.
June 22, 2012
This was the third time I've been to trial, once for resisting arrest and two times for DWI. I was represented by John Gioffredi each time, and I was found not guilty on all three occasions. I consider myself fortunate to have had his expertise beside me in each of these occasions.
I've dealt with other lawyers in the past, but I've never felt as at ease as with this one. I won't say that I didn't get nervous, I did. I seriously considered pleading guilty this time, just to get a smaller potential punishment. John coaxed me out of that thinking and tried to convince me, without making a decision for me, that the trial was my best bet. He was right. As I said previously, 3rd not guilty verdict.
That's the thing, I trust his legal advice. I know he's an expert and I know he's got his client's best interest at heart. I don't mean to dumb this, or John's expertise, down with an analogy but there's a reason I've used John Gioffredi in all three trials.... it's like finding a good auto-mechanic, one you recognize does exceedingly well in their area of expertise and one you come to really trust. You know the good ones might cost a little bit more, but quality work deserves it. You could go to some shop down the road who advertises a cheaper price, but believing them when they tell you that you need xyz for your car is a crap-shoot... do they really have your best interest at heart? Will they really try to defend you? So you find a good one and you stick with 'em.
Good luck to you with your legal situation. With John by your side your odds of a favorable outcome increase exponentially 🙂
I will continue to use John Gioffredi for the foreseeable future, however, no offense to him or his staff... I just hope I don't need to 🙂

This attorney, his office staff and his associates are outstanding. I had worked with the firm once before several years ago with a good outcome. I stopped by the office for my recent traffic citation and John happened to be in the office late in the day and agreed to handle my case. He handles many more complex matters but treated me with genuine interest in my legal issue and told me the firm would represent me. The outcome of my case was favorable and I urge anyone to contact this law firm if you are looking for the best. They have reasonable fees but their excellent attitude and work ethic are priceless.
March 30, 2012
I was dealing with a DWI 2nd out of Collin County. I was freaking out over even the thought of spending a day confined in Jail. Knowing that this was my DWI 2nd, and a big deal... I decided to handle this with a different approach than my first. If I would have known about John Gioffredi almost 10 years ago I am confident I would have never been looking at a DWI 2nd, because if I had utilized John's services I would have never been convicted of my 1st to start with.
When interviewing attorney's I was considering... I would say to each and every one... I know you are very qualified and I feel confident in your abilities, but other than obviously yourself... who would you recommend?
Almost ever single one recommended John Gioffredi.
After meeting with John, I felt much more at ease... but at first consulation, I told John I was still going to continue & shop around. John was so kind to say, that I was more than welcome to come back even a 2nd or 3rd time to discuss my case until I felt comfortable about my decision. I did not feel rushed, he spent well over 2 hours with me my first visit and many more on multiple trips continuing discussions even before I retained him!
I meet with another handful of attorney's that all were about the money, and not giving you a second of there time. You can tell 8 out of 10 just want your money and run... from a short shallow consultation to pleading your case as quickly as possible so they can move on to the next sucker.
You get what you pay for and that goes for almost anything in life. Some people like a Cadillac but I'm sorry, I'll take the Rolls Royce. Best part about this... John worked out a payment plan that allowed me to finance the Rolls and forget about that Cadillac.
I am not easy to deal with, I have extreme anxiety and always think the worst. I drove John up the wall with phone call after phone call and showing up at office. John stayed cool, calm and collective even though I drove the man crazy. He made me feel at ease, and just the way he carries himself in the court room... you are left feeling 100% confident.
My Case: I retained John Gioffredi. I was pulled over for a DWI 2nd due to a 911 caller and being followed until intercepted by Police. I was asked what city I was in, I said a city about 20 miles off. I looked ok on video until I agreed to doing Field Sobriety Test. My first attorney 10 years ago never told me I could refuse, I was just aware that I could refuse Breath Specimen only. I refused Breath but did not do well on Field Sobriety Test. With the test on Video, 911 caller that stopped and made statement, and not knowing what city I was in... my case was not great.
John set it for trail anyways and filed for motion to suppress. At the last minute prosecutor offered me 12 months probation, 5 days in Jail and usual classes. I did not like 5 days jail... John countered with 9 months probation, 3 days in jail the minimum allowed and 30 hours community service.
Prosecution excepted counter and I received 9 months probation, 3 days in jail that turned into being only 4 hours... Yes! 30 hours community service, the classes and No Fine. 9 months probation and basically 4 hours in jail... with the bad facts of my case? This was a huge win for me and I thank John Gioffredi.
This is less than half the punishment I received for my 1st DWI!!!
1/2 way through my probation, Probation tried to put me in Supportive Outpatient Treatment for 4.5 months because of a bogus evaluation. John got a 2nd evaluation, called for expert testimony and had a hearing to stop this non-sense. Hearing lasted about 10 minutes, and the condition probation tried to add was over ruled by Judge. As I was waiting in front of court house on John to finish with Clerk, Prosecutor walked by from hearing and said, "Your Attorney's A Rockstar".
Prosecutor said it best... John Gioffredi is A ROCKSTAR !!!
March 30, 2012
I have know John for a few years and he was the first call I made. John did a great job with my defense, regardless of the outcome. John kept me informed regarding all aspects of my case. He would accept my call any time and would give me straight answers to my questions. John also gave me his honest advice as to how to proceed with my case. I recommend John to anyone I hear is in need of counsel.
February 19, 2012
Mr. John represented me for a DWI accusation and got the "NOT GUILTY" verdict out of it in straight 8 months.
He was through in his case study. He never went over board and keeps the thing realistic and backed his statements by evidences and verdict clearly testify that he conveyed his message effectively in the courtroom. Each and every single line he said backed by the evidence and that shows the commitment and acute observation of an experienced person. In these kind of cases you need to observe very much as anything can be useful whatever said by other people during trial. In order to be able to do this you need to smart, alert and experience and i can easily give john 5 out 5 for these qualities.
I would highly recommend the services of Mr. John to all my friends in case of unfortunate DWI event. Last but not the least support staff in office was also very supportive and prompt in answering my queries throughout this difficult phase.
January 19, 2012
This is my 2nd experience with a law office. John and his staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and had excellent communication. Anytime I had a question or concern, someone was there to advise me. They took my case seriously, and in the end were able to have it dismissed entirely for a very reasonable fee. If you're serious about your defense in Dallas County, I highly advise their firm.
