I am in receipt of the two envelopes you sent me containing excerpts from Erisman's Reversible Errors as well as copies of various laws contained in the Texas Traffic Laws. You were also kind enough to send me an order form for the Texas Traffic Laws. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you taking the time to forward these materials to me.
From what I have seen, you are one of the few lawyers in town who actually take the time to prepare a defense in a misdemeanor case, and actually takes misdemeanors to trial rather than routinely pleading them out. On th few occasions that we have talked, I have learned a great deal from you and cannot thank you enough for taking the time to explain some of the ways you have learned to defeat the State via procedural leap-holes.
